Background: Mr. Gray is the Chairman and Founding Partner of G-Bar Limited Partnership an independent options trading firm. Previously Mr. Gray spent over 30 years as Chairman and CEO of Alloy Consolidated Industries in Chicago a privately held automotive parts manufacturer. He was also Chairman of Lynch Systems Inc. a glass press supplier from 1995 through 2001.
