Before joining Mobixell, Avichai Levy was CEO of Targetize, a start-up providing mobile video and audio search and delivery solutions.Prior to that, he was Managing Partner of StarVision, a strategy and marketing consulting company.Avichai was also a Senior VP Marketing and Business Development and one of the founders of TTI Telecom (founded in 1992), a NASDAQ traded company that provides overall management solutions for telecommunication networks. At TTI, Avichai helped set the company’s vision and assisted in growing the company from 15 to 650 people.
