Aviad Broshi has had over twenty years of successful experience in the consumer and small business credit industry. He was an executive at some of the premier credit card issuers, including seven years as Senior Vice President managing the credit function at the Chase Manhattan Bank's credit card division. He is intimately conversant with the strategic, technical, managerial and organizational aspects of the credit risk function. At Chase, Aviad revitalized the credit function. He installed Triad, along with a suite of behavior scorecards. He reengineered the prescreen process, introducing credit, profitability, and targeting models. He revamped policies throughout the credit cycle and worked with both marketing and operations to optimize results to achieve strategic objectives. He introduced modern analytic methods to the credit function and championed their use in marketing and operations. He served as a Visa Risk Advisor. He has spoken at industry forums and has been quoted in Business Week, The New York Times, and various trade publications. Previously, at Citicorp, Aviad was instrumental in the design and development of the direct mail acquisition system for new accounts, including the implementation of the bankcard division's prospect database. Aviad was the author of the division's first five year strategic plan. |
