Audrey Rogers is senior vice president of human resources. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources in both traditional and start-up companies. She has served in human resource management positions for several international corporations in the high tech and food industries including Level 3 Communications, Inc. and ConAgra Foods, Inc., Ms. Roger's experience encompasses the development and implementation of all aspects of HR within organizations including strategic planning, benefits, compensation, employee retention programs, employee relations, recruitment, organizational development, training, employment and human resource systems. Ms. Rogers holds a bachelor of arts in sociology and psychology from Hastings College. She has been certified as a senior professional in human resources through the national Human Resources Certification Institute. She serves on the board of trustees for Hastings College and is a director for several other Boards. She also serves as secretary for Petroleum Place, Inc.
