Audrey M. Odden is the Vice President Finance and Administration for Bay4 Capital. She has been in the financial services industry for fifteen years. Audrey is responsible for developing and maintaining all lender relationships, manages credit underwriting and contract administration and coordinates all lease financings.
Audrey served as Vice President Finance and Administration for Convergent Capital Corporation from September 1998 to May 2001. Convergent was a startup captive leasing company, which quickly grew to profitability. There Audrey obtained a warehouse line of credit, developed small ticket lender programs, and managed credit and contact administration.
From March 1990 to August 1998, Audrey held several positions including Account Manager Finance for Sun Financial Group, Inc. She secured debt placement of $175 million in lease transactions in 1998 through single or portfolio financing with the nation’s larger lending institutions.
From 1986 to 1989 Audrey was employed by CIS Corporation formerly CMI Corporation. There she held Senior Regional Account Administrator positions.
Audrey received her BA in Marketing from the University of South Florida. |
