Audrey L. Folmer is the Administrator of Celtic Healthcare of Carlisle, Inc. She brings more than 25 years of health care administrative expertise to Celtic Healthcare, Inc. Audrey has managed several home health agencies including both hospital-based and freestanding agencies and was responsible for the start up and licensure of a privately-owned home health agency. Audrey has held the position of Practice Administrator for a large Internal Medicine Group, held senior positions in two health plans and has been a consultant for managed care negotiations, reimbursement analysis and process improvement. In addition, Audrey has taught Medical Assistant and Medical Records Administration students in such courses as medical procedure coding, managed care, microbiology, anatomy and physiology and medical record transcription. Audrey received her Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis on healthcare and human resource development from The Pennsylvania State University. |
