Audrey Talley is a partner with the firm’s Investment Management Practice Group and has more than 20 years’ legal experience in investment management, corporate and securities and general corporate law matters.
Areas of Concentration. Audrey has considerable experience in matters involving federal and state securities law compliance, public and private offerings and securities registration and compliance matters related to the financial services industry, including investment companies, alternative investment products, underwriters, investment advisors and banks. In addition, Audrey has experience in corporate finance and general corporate law matters.
Professional Memberships and Activities. Audrey has served as chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section, chair of its board of governors and co-chair of the Investment Companies Committee. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the board of trustees of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation. She has lectured and written about money managers and investment companies.
Audrey formerly served as co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, National Conference of Bar Presidents and the American Association of University Women.
Community Activities. Audrey is active in various community organizations. She is a member of the leadership council of the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She serves on the board of trustees of the Philadelphia Zoo, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Bar Foundation and the board of managers of Moore College of Art and Design. She formerly served on the boards of The Historical Society of Pennsylvania, Community Legal Services, the Brandywine Workshop, Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia, and the Greater Philadelphia Area Committee of the U.S. Committee for UNICEF and on the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission of Pennsylvania. |
