Atul joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2006 and serves as a Director of the Investment Banking team. Atul has experience with a number of middle market M&A, capital raising, and restructuring assignments across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Atul was a Director of the Investment Banking practice at Trenwith Securities. Prior to Trenwith, he was a Vice President in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring Division of Morgan Stanley, focusing on M&A advisory assignments. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Atul held Associate positions at Wasserstein Perella & Co. and Barclays Capital.
Atul received a B.S.E. in Engineering Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, an M.S.E. in Industrial Engineering from Wayne University in Detroit, Michigan, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago, in Chicago, Illinois. |
