Ms. D’Amour brings over twenty years of operating experience in IT, semiconductor and EDA industries, in angel investing, VC fundraising and management consulting. She has engaged with companies in the area of configurable processors and structured ASICs, network management appliances, GPS application system, carrier-class broadband communication equipment, Internet security appliances, XML/Web-service appliances. Her operating experience includes strategic planning, business planning and forecasting, product marketing, and application engineering at Daisy Systems and Xilinx. She founded Xilinx’s Alliance program, negotiating OEM relationships, marketing and technology agreements, and managed strategic relationships.
Ms. D’Amour holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Graceland College. |
