Ashok Nalamalapu - President Ashok has an MS in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management International. He has led several software projects successfully at Fortune 500 companies including IBM, The Vanguard Group of Investments, and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Ashok was a technical lead for SAP implementation at Armstrong World Industries. He is a motivational speaker and writer. He was a featured speaker at the Dale Carnegie International Convention. He has authored many articles that have been featured in the Portland Press Herald and Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). In 1996, Ashok started iCST in Maine. The Small Business Administration has selected Ashok as Maine's Minority Small Businessperson of the year in 1999 and 2005. Under his leadership, iCST received the Governor s award for business excellence in 2001 and was the finalist for Company of the Year award by Maine Software Developers Association (MESDA). Ashok has won the highest achievement awards in Dale Carnegie courses. He was trained on leadership at CCL, The Outward Bound School and Institute for Civic Leadership. He strongly values a honest and productive workplace for his team members. He has served on the boards of MESDA and the United Way of Greater Portland. |
