Mr. Dhawan has over 25 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry in a wide range of responsibilities. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Inphi Corporation of Westlake Village, CA. Joining the company several years after its formation, he transformed the R&D organization into a business-focused, analog and mixed signal fabless semiconductor company. Prior to Inphi, he launched and was President of the Broadband Division of Ascend Communications, an Internet access and broadband communication company, which was acquired by Lucent in 2000 for $20 billion in the largest acquisition of its kind to that time. Mr. Dhawan holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kanpur, and an MSEE from the University of Washington. |
