Ashley Hollweg is a member of Batrus Hollweg International's consulting team, with a primary focus on the acquisition, deployment, and retention of talent. Specifically, Ashley's role as an Executive Consultant is to assess executive talent, provide developmental coaching, facilitate team building, and examine organizational talent issues.
Ashley conducts executive assessments for individual positions or for comprehensive organizational talent reviews to align talent with strategic business goals. As part of a BHI Talent Review team, she assesses groups of leaders within an organization to provide a snapshot of talent which gauges systemic gaps in leadership strengths, guides organizational restructuring, and determines leadership succession.
