Ms. Hanna's practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings of debt and equity, private placements, private equity and mezzanine financing, public company reporting, corporate control and governance issues and general corporate and securities matters. She has been named a "Texas Rising Star" in surveys conducted by Texas Monthly magazine from 2006 - 2008.
