Ashley A. Totedo is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of General Liability and Construction Law, with a particular emphasis in Transportation Law. Ms. Totedo is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Totedo worked as an associate with two mid-sized Pittsburgh law firms. During law school, she was an intern with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office and served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable John A. Zottola, Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Criminal Division. Ms. Totedo graduated cum laude from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1999 with a B.A. in Psychology. While at Shippensburg, she was a member of the women’s basketball team and was a three-time NCAA Kodak First Team All-American. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2002, where she was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy. Ms. Totedo is a frequent speaker on insurance defense issues and has presented lectures before insurance companies in order to update their adjusters and claims representatives on developments in property and casualty insurance law. In addition, Ms. Totedo is an Executive Board member of Young Republicans of Allegheny County and an Assistant Solicitor of the Republican Committee of Allegheny County. |
