Mr. Temple III 65 is Chairman of the Board of First Bank & Trust East Texas (FB&T) a position he has held since March 1992. FB&T is a locally owned community bankheadquartered in Diboll Texas. FB&T is owned by DibollBancshares Inc. a locally-owned bank holding company. Since November 2000 Mr. Temple III has also served as Chairman of the T.L.L. Temple Foundation a charitable foundation. Mr. Temple III served as Chairman of the Board of Exeter Investment Company from 1975 to early 1982 andfrom March 1986 until June 2002. From 1973 until 1980Mr. Temple III served as a member of the Texas legislature and from January 1981 until March 1986 he served as amember and Chairman of the Railroad Commission ofTexas which regulates mineral resources in Texas. |
