Mr. Spector was Chairman, CEO and President of Millstream Acquisition Corporation, which merged with NationsHealth on August 31, 2004. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Neoware Systems, a software company for desktop computing. He has been the CEO of a number of publicly held companies. Mr. Spector now serves on the boards of DocuCorp International, a public document automation company. Mr. Spector is a Managing Director of Safeguid International, a private equity firm based in Wayne, Pennsylvania and Frankfurt, Germany. He received a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. |
