Arthur Marshall has been a director of Western Alliance since 1995 and the Chairman of the Board of Bank of Nevada since its establishment in 1994. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Western Alliance until December 2002. He was a co-founder of Marshall Rousso now Marshall Retail Group or MRG a privately owned retail apparel chain in the Western United States and served as its President from 1959 to 1988. He is a member of the Nevada Gaming Commission and the national commission of the Anti-Defamation League and a former board member of the Public Employees Retirement System of Nevada. He is a recipient of the Prime Minister's award from the State of Israel. Mr. Marshall is the father of director Todd Marshall. |
