Leondires joined Iperia in 2003 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, advancing the market position of the company and directing the development of the business to ensure long-term growth and success. Prior to accepting the executive role, he was vice president of engineering. Leondires created the organization models of the Q/A and support teams and led the development of the ActivEdge product. He has over 20 years of technical leadership experience in the communication software industry and holds five patents. Prior to joining Iperia, Leondires was a co-founder, vice president of engineering and CTO at Octave. There he developed carrier grade teleconferencing systems until the company was acquired by Voyant Technologies in 2003. Leondires was also the director of engineering at PictureTel Corp., where he was in charge of software and hardware development. He has a bachelors of science in electrical engineering from Northeastern University. |
