Arthur Dubroff, has been a director of the Company since September 2003. Mr. Dubroff serves as the financial expert for Emisphere’s Board and is Chairman of Emisphere’s Audit Committee. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Net2Phone, Inc., and previously was the Chief Financial Officer of Virtual Communities, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Dubroff served as Chief Financial Officer of Enhance Financial Services Group Inc. He has also held senior financial positions at First Data Corporation, American Express and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Dubroff graduated from Harvard Business School as a Baker Scholar. He is currently a member of the boards of directors of Kobren Insight Funds and Jewish Community Housing Corporation, where he serves as the Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committees, respectively.
