Arthur Bergens became CFO of Centice in January 2006 and brings over twenty years of experience in a wide range of financial leadership positions. Prior to Centice, Mr. Bergens served as CFO for Unitive, Inc, a leader in advanced wafer packaging solutions for the semiconductor industry, which was acquired in August 2004 by Amkor Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMKR), a publicly held company and one of the world’s leading providers of contract semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, and test services. At Amkor, Mr. Bergens held the title of Vice President - Finance and Administration where he was responsible for financial leadership of Amkor's new Wafer Level Packaging Business Unit. Prior to Unitive, Mr. Bergens was Vice President and CFO for the Americas Region at Modus Media International, Inc, a global provider of supply chain management solutions to the high technology industry with annual revenues of some $600 million. Mr. Bergens has served as CFO for TANO Automation, Inc., which develops, engineers and manufactures microprocessor-based control systems for the marine, oil, gas, water and wastewater industries. Mr. Bergens was also held the position of manager in the New Orleans office of Ernst & Young. Bergens holds a MBA from Campbell University, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans, and is a licensed certified public accountant in both Louisiana and North Carolina. |
