Mr. Noriega is currently the Executive Director of the Miami Parking Authority ("MPA"). Mr. Noriega began his career in South Florida overseeing the development, management and leasing of multifamily housing with the Cornerstone Group/Clinton International Group. Mr. Noriega previously was Director of Planning and Development with the MPA and returned as Executive Director of the MPA after holding the position of Vice President of Development at The Carlisle Group. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of South Florida. He was appointed to the Authority by the Commission and his term expires on February 7, 2008. |
