Mr. Coffey has been a director since 1990 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2003. He served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of our company from June 1997 until April 2003 and as Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to June 1997. Mr. Coffey has been employed by us since 1981 and in the hotel business since 1971. Mr. Coffey is currently a director of the Association of Washington Business, and previously served as a trustee of the Spokane Area Chamber of Commerce, a director of the Washington State Hotel Association from 1996 to 1997, a director of the Spokane Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau from 1982 to 1985 and President of the Spokane Hotel Association from 1989 to 1990. |
