Arthur Birenbaum has assisted small to mid-sized commercial businesses in the Philadelphia and Washington D.C. areas by providing financing for business expansion and working capital adequacy for more than 20 years. Arthur joined The Bancorp Bank in 2001 and serves as Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending . From 1993 through 2000 Arthur worked for the former Jefferson Bank as Senior Vice President- Philadelphia Business Banking Lending Group and subsequently served as Co-Chairman of the Bank's Government Lending Taskforce coordinator of the asset based lending function and a member of Jefferson's Loan Production Oversight Committee.
Prior to joining Jefferson Bank Arthur was Vice President of Commercial Lending for Meridian Bank and the Bank of Old York Road from 1987 through 1993. From 1980 through 1987 he was employed at Westinghouse Credit Corporation General Electric Capital Corporation Suburban Bank and First National Bank of Maryland in the Washington D.C. metropolitan region. |
