Art has over 30 years of experience as a senior manager in the energy services industry. After initial engineering, service engineering and sales stints with various companies, he joined Carrier Commercial Services. In his first post as district service sales manager/sales engineer for Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, he won top district sales manager and service sales engineer awards. From this position, he moved to Northeast/Mid-Atlantic regional service sales manager, where he authored and implemented a control replacement service program and was Q+ critical action team leader. He was then named New England/Upstate New York area general manager, garnering three Area-General-Manager-of-the-Year awards. He joined EMCOR from his post as Carrier’s Northeast regional general manager, a role in which he was responsible for the sales and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of a $159-million commercial services business with 220 salaried and 350 hourly service technicians. He also led project business best practices and growth strategy initiatives. |
