Mr. Money has more than 40 years of management and engineering experience in the defense electronics and intelligence industries involving leadership role in both government entities and private industry. He has served in various capacities in the Department of Defense, including two years (1999 to 2001) as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence; three years (1998 to 2001) as the Chief Information Office for the Department of Defense; and two years (1998 to 1999) as the Senior Civilian Official in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense. In October 2003, Mr. Money was appointed as the first Chairman of the FBI's Science and Technology Advisory Board. Prior to his government service, Money was the President of ESL Inc, a subsidiary of TRW. After its consolidation with TRW's Avionics and Surveillance Group, he became Vice President and Deputy General Manager for that Group. Mr. Money holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from San Jose State University. |
