Arthur L. Gallagher has served as our Senior Vice President since December 2006 and as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since joining Equity One in 2003. Prior to joining us, he was an associate with the law firms of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, New York, New York, and Greenberg Traurig, P.A., Miami, Florida. Mr. Gallagher received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law. |
