Arthur J. Kania, 74 years old, is our Secretary. He is not active in our day-to-day operations. Mr. Kania's principal occupations during the past five years have been as Principal of Trikan Associates (real estate ownership and management - investment firm); and as a partner of the law firm of Kania, Lindner, Lasak and Feeney. He has been a director of the Company since 1977. |
