Mr. Ayres joined the Company in November 1994 as Controller. Over the past eight years Mr. Ayres has played a significant role in raising in excess of Cdn$85 million in equity financings, the negotiation of numerous agreements including acquisitions and divestitures, and other roles instrumental in the development of MIGENIX’ business. Mr. Ayres served as Secretary of the Company from January 1995 to September 1997. Mr. Ayres is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of management, finance and related experience including over 10 years experience in Canadian and United States listed companies and securities matters. He also holds and has a B.A. (Hon.) in Commerce and Computer Science from Simon Fraser University
