Arthur E. Wegner has been a Director since January 2007. He retired in 2000 as Executive Vice President of Raytheon Company and Chairman of Raytheon Aircraft. He joined Raytheon Company in July 1993 as a Senior Vice President and was appointed Chairman and CEO of Raytheon’s Beech Aircraft Corporation. In September 1994, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Raytheon Aircraft, which was formed by the merger of Raytheon subsidiaries, Beech Aircraft and Raytheon Corporate Jets. He became Chairman of Raytheon Aircraft in 2000. He was elected an Executive Vice President of Raytheon Company in March of 1995. Mr. Wegner came to Raytheon Company after 20 years with United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he was Executive Vice President and President of UTC’s Aerospace and Defense Sector. Prior to that he was President of UTC’s Pratt and Whitney Division. Mr. Wegner is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association and the Aerospace Industries Association. |
