Arthur E. Johnson has served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategic Development, for Lockheed Martin Corporation since December 2001. Previously, he was Vice President, Corporate Strategic Development, of Lockheed Martin Corporation from 1999 until December 2001; President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation Information and Services Sector from 1997 until 1999; and President of Lockheed Martin Corporation Systems Integration Group from January 1997 to August 1997. Prior to joining Lockheed, Johnson was President of Loral Corporation Federal Systems Group from 1994 until 1996. He serves on the board of directors of IKON Office Solutions Corporation. |
