Arthur B. Stabenow has served as a Director of the Company since July 1988. Mr. Stabenow was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Micro Linear Corporation, a manufacturer of integrated circuits, from April 1986 until his retirement in January 1999. Mr. Stabenow has over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. From January 1979 to March 1986, he was employed as Vice President and General Manager at National Semiconductor Corporation. Mr. Stabenow is currently a director of Zoran, Inc. Mr. Stabenow holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven. |
