Arthur Alfaro co-founded ORTHOCON in 2005 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception. Prior to forming ORTHOCON, Arthur was President and Chief Operating Officer of Osteotech. He has also served as President of the Thoracolumbar Division of Medtronic Sofamor Danek, Vice President and General Manager of Sulzer Carbomedics, and Vice President and General Manager at Boston Scientific Corporation. Arthur started in the medical industry at Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company, where he remained for 11 years, holding positions in marketing, sales management, and international. He holds a BA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. |
