Mead joined Crowley in Oakland, California in June of 1996 as an Associate Corporate Counsel and has since held positions of increased responsibilities; most recently serving as Crowley’s Vice President and General Counsel in Jacksonville where he provided legal counsel to Crowley’s Liner Shipping and Logistics business units. Prior to joining Crowley, Mead worked at the U.S. Department of Justice, Admiralty and Shipping Division and held commercial marine transportation related positions at Stolt-Nielsen, Inc. and Maersk Line Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York, Maritime College at Fort Schuyler and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco where he was an editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the California Bar and authorized Florida counsel. |
