Executive Vice President of Global Operations
As Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Art Knapp manages the day-to-day account management operations and managed service programs. Prior to joining IQNavigator, Mr. Knapp spent 7 years with Chimes, Inc. where he held a variety of positions culminating in his being Chief Operating Officer where he had overall responsibility for all of the day to day operations at existing clients. While he was with Chimes, they grew from $7M in annual revenue to over $30M & $1.7B in spend. In addition, he was actively involved with the selling of the company.
Previously, Mr. Knapp was the founder and President of The Bedford Group, an Executive Search and Human Resource consulting firm, for 15 years. They focused on venture based, technology oriented companies. Mr. Knapp began his career in Sales with The Procter & Gamble Company.
