Aron J. Frakes is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, resident in the Firm’s Chicago office. As a member of the Trial Department, the focus of Aron’s practice is complex commercial litigation, including cases involving fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, RICO, construction defects, real estate disputes, environmental claims, ERISA violations and trade secrets.
Aron also formerly served as General Counsel for a real estate development company located in the Chicagoland area. As General Counsel, Aron had primary responsibility for the company's litigation, transactions and business counseling.
During law school, Aron was a member of the University of Illinois Law Review, where he served as Administrative Editor and Writing Competition Coordinator.
Aron is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. |
