Aron E. Youngerwood joined the firm in 2007 and is an associate in the firm’s real estate department.
Mr. Youngerwood specializes in the various aspects of property transactions including acquisitions, sales and financing. He also has expertise in the formation and structuring of private and alternative investment funds, and advising domestic and international clients regarding regulatory and commercial aspects of marketing and operating investment funds. He is a Cabinet Member of the Real Estate and Construction Division of the United Jewish Federation.
Mr. Youngerwood was awarded a John F. Kennedy Scholarship in 2001 and received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2002. He received his postgraduate diploma in legal practice in 1999 from The College of Law in London, England and received his bachelor’s degree from University College London Law School in 1998.
Mr. Youngerwood was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of New York in 2003 and by the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 2001 (non-practicing).
