Arnold Golieb has been a director of our company since June 2005 and is a retired partner of KPMG Peat Marwick (now KPMG LLP). During his career with KPMG, Mr. Golieb was the managing partner of their Des Moines, Iowa office and the tax partner in charge of their Los Angeles, California office. During the past five years, Mr. Golieb has served as a financial advisor to a real estate acquisition company which manages more than 30,000 apartment units and as a business advisor and trustee for an investment group. Mr. Golieb is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
