Arlene Smith is a recruiter, executive coach and consultant for The Personnel Perspective. She coaches senior management to enhance their effectiveness as leaders so they can skillfully move their organizations toward performance objectives. She also consults with all levels of management in creating training strategies that support both the development of the employee and the goals of their company. Arlene has over 20 years of corporate business experience in training, leadership development and recruitment. Ms. Smith’s educational background includes a B.S. in Business Management and a certificate in Training and Human Resources from UC Berkeley, and a M.A. in Cultural Anthropology and Social Transformation from California Institute of Integral Studies, with a concentration in Human and Organizational Transformation. |
