Arlene G. Krieger concentrates in the reorganization of corporations in bankruptcy and has represented debtors in several prominent Chapter 11 cases. They include The Columbia Gas Systems, Inc./Columbia Gas Transmission Corp., Anchor Glass Container Corporation and A Program Planned for Life Enrichment, Inc. (A.P.P.L.E.) (a not-for-profit entity and the largest operator of substance abuse treatment facilities in Long Island).
Ms. Krieger also has represented bondholder committees and other unsecured creditors' committees in several major Chapter 11 reorganizations including those of W.R. Grace & Co., The Hillsborough Holdings Corporation and The LTV Corporation.
