Dr. Minocherhomjee has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2003. He is currently a partner at Chicago Growth Partners. Since 1998, he has served as a managing director of William Blair Capital Partners and prior to that was a Principal and senior healthcare analyst at William Blair & Company. Selected current and past portfolio directorships include: Atherogenics, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGIX), Cypress Medical Products, DJ Pharma, Inc., Favrille, Inc. (NASDAQ: FVRL), Inhibitex, Inc. (NASDAQ: INHX), Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, NuVasive, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUVA), PharmaResearch Corporation, POINT Biomedical Corporation, Proteome, Inc., TargeGen, Inc. and ZYCOS, Inc. Dr. Minocherhomjee received a M.Sc. in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. and a M.B.A. from University of British Colombia, and was a post-doctoral fellow in pharmacology at University of Washington Medical School. |
