April Downing is AlterPoint’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AlterPoint, April was Chief Accounting Officer and acting CFO of Motive, Inc., a publicly traded provider of broadband management software. April joined Motive in early 2000 and served in several key financial roles at the company, including leading Investor Relations through the company’s IPO in 2004 and providing leadership as vice president of finance. Prior to joining Motive, April spent more than five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she held several key positions within Audit and Business Advisory Services and specialized in technology start-ups and early growth companies. April holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in professional accounting from The University of Texas and is a certified public accountant. |
