Mr. Alvarez-Domenech’s main areas of practice include real estate, commercial financing, secured transactions and general corporate matters
Education
Mr. Alvarez-Domenech obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami at Coral Gables, Miami, Fl. in 2001. He obtained a Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico in 2005. He also holds certificates in European Law and Comparative Family Law from the Centro de Estudios Internacionales José Ortega & Gasset Foundation in Toledo, Spain.
Mr. Alvarez-Domenech served as a student law clerk for the Federal Public Defender of the United Sates District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in the 2005 academic year.

Mr. Alvarez-Domenech is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Mr. Alvarez-Domenech is also a licensed notary public.
