Anthony Pantaleoni has served as a director of AAON since 1989 and currently serves in the class of directors whose terms will expire at the 2008 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Pantaleoni has been a partner of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. or a predecessor firm in New York, New York since 1970 and is currently of counsel to that firm. He serves on the Board of Directors of Universal Health Services, Inc., a publicly held hospital chain, and on the Board of Directors of American Gilsonite Company, a public company which mines and processes gilsonite ore. |
