With more than 12 years experience in investment banking and brokerage, Mr. Nicolosi previously served as president and CEO of Capital Market Partners, Inc. in Pompano Beach, Florida. Mr. Nicolosi also served as a Financial Executive with Citicorp Investment
Services of Dania Beach, Florida. Mr. Nicolosi is responsible for raising capital, developing clients and new locations for the Company, researching and effecting strategic acquisitions of other small staffing companies, assisting with international job fairs, supervising the operations of the Florida office and assuming responsibility for day-to-day operations including the execution of all policy objectives within budgetary guidelines. Mr. Nicolosi attended Southern Connecticut University for two years and Florida Atlantic University
for two years.
