Anthony was a senior financial analyst at Alienware Corporation, a specialty computer manufacturer headquarter in Miami, FL. There, he co-developed and implemented internal management reporting tools to track post-acquisition commodity costs following Alienware’s acquisition by Dell. Before Alienware, Anthony was a Financial Analyst for Siemens Power Generation in Germany. While abroad, Anthony coordinated monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings with three teams located in Russia, Brazil, & India. Anthony was also a member of the Alstom Integration Team, a special multi-disciplinary task force charged with integrating Siemens’ €1 billion acquisition of Alstom’s industrial turbine division. Having worked on two large scale integrations, Anthony brings extensive operational experience regarding post-transaction integration and the identification of synergies between merging companies. Currently, Anthony specializes in niche manufacturing, distribution, and Internet company transactions. Education Anthony Hill joined Cross Keys Capital as an associate in early 2007. He received his MBA, with concentrations in Finance and Competitive Strategy, as well as his Bachelor of Science in finance, from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. Anthony is fluent in Spanish and German and currently resides in Miami, FL. |
