Mr. Grisanti is responsible for Netsmart’s financial, budgeting and cash management processes and human resources. He also oversees preparation and filing of the company’s financial statements, and provision of company performance and financial information to analysts and the investment community.
Mr. Grisanti also assists the company’s executive committee with development of business objectives, acquisition strategy and in new business opportunities.
Prior to joining Netsmart in 1994, Mr. Grisanti worked as a CPA for several accounting firms and served for 18 years as treasurer of Advanced Computer Techniques Corporation.Mr. Grisanti received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a major in public accounting from Pace University |
