Anthony Finizza provides economic and energy analysis to numerous corporate clients and various public and regulatory agencies. He served as the Chief Economist at ARCO in Los Angeles for over 20 years. In that role he was responsible for the economic input to corporate planning and strategy. To that end, he conducted corporate strategy studies; feasibility and market studies; industry market analyses, modeling and forecasting; strategic and operational planning; and public policy analysis. Dr. Finizza has consulted with clients on a variety of issues involving oil & gas such as an economic evaluation of gasoline price caps in Hawaii, developing simulation and econometric models of oil market behavior; authoring a study re: the economic benefits of mitigating refinery disruptions and consulting on technology strategy for a major oil company.
