Anthony Raymundo is an associate in FLK's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on corporate transactions and counseling, including securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. Mr. Raymundo joined FLK first as a summer associate in 2002 and 2003, then as an associate in 2004.

Structuring private securities offerings to comply with available exemptions from registration, and counseling issuers regarding notice, disclosure and other requirements of federal and state securities laws.
Representing acquirers and targets engaged in stock purchase, asset acquisition, and similar transactions.
Representing buyers and sellers in real estate matters , including the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of real property.
Counseling both commercial and nonprofit entities on general governance, operational and business matters throughout the entity life cycle.
Negotiating and drafting intellectual property licenses and professional services agreements.
Registering and maintaining federal trademarks.
