Tony is a Member of the Firm with over thirty years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Tony is Director of Services to Not-For-Profit Organizations and is directly responsible for providing auditing, tax and accounting services to tax exempt organizations such as trade associations, foundations and other charitable organizations. His extensive experience in the taxation of non-profits includes a detailed understanding of unrelated business income issues, formation of 'for-profit' subsidiaries, maintenance of tax-exempt status and distribution planning for foundations. Tony is also responsible for the Firm's ERISA audit practice providing audit services to defined benefit and 401(k) plans and ongoing ERISA training to the Firm's professionals. In addition to these two industry specializations, Tony also serves clients in other industries such as retailing, distribution, manufacturing, investment advisors and venture funds.
