Mr. Graziano has been involved in the real estate industry since 1968. His experience includes the valuation, consultation, sale, brokerage, leasing, management and development of commercial real estate throughout New Jersey and areas of the Northeast region. He has served as President and Managing Director of the firm since 1972. In addition to his professional appraisal and consulting designations, Mr. Graziano is a licensed real estate broker and Realtor member of the Ocean County Board of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He received his certified tax assessors¹ certificate from the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation in 1979. Mr. Graziano is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey. He has qualified as a professional real estate expert before courts, regulatory and administrative bodies and legislative committees at the State and Federal levels. Mr. Graziano has lectured on real estate subjects at numerous workshops and conferences. His responsibilities include the appraisal and analysis of all classes of real estate with special expertise in urban planning and government-assisted multi-family housing valuation and consulting. His real estate experience includes commercial properties throughout New Jersey, and the northeastern United States. |
